Job Description: We're looking for motivated individuals with some construction or building experience to help with various parts of our process, focusing mainly on installation. As a Crew Lead, you'll work closely with our lead install manager to ensure homes are built efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities:
Assemble and install light gauge steel panels
Lead a small team on-site
Ensure work meets quality and safety standards
Ability to carry out a list of tasks independently
Help build and meet schedule timelines
Ability to identify and resolve errors
Qualifications:
Construction/ framing
Experience with sheathing
Able to use a level and tape measure
Read and understand plans
Ability to identify and resolve errors
Reliable and punctual
Good attitude and willingness to learn
Physically fit for indoor and outdoor work
