Bring the joy and festivities of the Christmas season to life working with Spirit Lighting! $18-26/hr+ starting rate (depending on experience and position) and 40 hours a week (on average) from mid-September through the end of January. Wrap trees with mini-lights, install large Christmas Trees (20’+), line rooftops with lights, hang all sizes of wreaths and decor you will do it all with Spirit Lighting!
We are looking for experienced installation techs and crew leads with a “MacGuyver mindset” and a positive attitude. Must be comfortable on ladders of all types and sizes and be able to lift 50 pounds. A valid driver’s license and working and reliable cell phone are required.
Full time crew members must be available Monday through Friday. Saturday and overtime work will be available. Overnight shifts will also be available in November but not mandatory.
Candidates must:
- be able to legally work in the United States
- be able to work Monday through Friday
- have a valid driver’s license
- have working and reliable transportation
- have a working and reliable cell phone
- be able to lift 50 pounds
- be open to working long shifts
- be able to work on ladders all day
Candidates must also have:
- previous holiday lighting experience of 1 or more seasons
- the ability to manage 2-4 other crew members (for crew lead position)
- experience working with tall ladders
- a basic understanding of simple electrical components
Experience operating boom lifts and bucket trucks is a plus.
