The Position: We are seeking an individual that can perform basic janitorial and light maintenance duties.

Pay: 17.50 to 18.50 per hour.
Requirements:
Ability to communicate well and follow written instructions.
Positive attitude and ability to contribute positively to a team environment!
Three (3) years of previous applicable experience.
Must be a legal resident and authorized to work in the US
Clean Background.
Must have reliable transportation
Responsibilities:
Cleaning to include mopping, vacuuming, dusting, polishing, disposing of trash, and other duties as required.
Operating various types of cleaning equipment and safely handling and disposing of chemicals and cleaning products.
Performs other work as required in support of general maintenance activity.
Work closely with others on the team to help develop new skills and knowledge
Following all procedures and safety protocols/regulations, to include OSHA standards/regulations.
