We are seeking a Service Foreman that would be responsible for overseeing and leading a team of technicians in the installation, repair, and maintenance of HVAC and plumbing systems. The Service Foreman is skilled in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure the accurate installation of pipe systems. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC and plumbing systems, leadership skills, and the ability to work efficiently on job sites to meet customer and company expectations. We have tons of work!

Your duties will include

Project Planning and Coordination: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, to ensure efficient execution of HVAC and plumbing installations.​

Team Development: Mentor and train junior technicians and apprentices, fostering a culture of continuous learning and ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.​

Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns, providing updates, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.​

Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations and company policies, conducting regular safety briefings and ensuring all team members are equipped with necessary personal protective equipment.​

Quality Assurance: Perform regular inspections of work sites to uphold quality standards, ensuring all installations meet or exceed industry codes and client expectations.​

Resource Management: Oversee the inventory of materials and tools, ensuring timely procurement and minimizing project delays due to resource shortages.​

Problem-Solving: Address and resolve technical challenges that arise during installations, utilizing advanced troubleshooting skills to maintain project momentum.​

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including work performed, materials used, and any issues encountered, to ensure transparency and facilitate project tracking.​

Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of HVAC and plumbing systems within larger construction projects.​

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices, implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.

Education/Experience

High school diploma or equivalent required. Completion of a technical training program in HVAC and/or plumbing is preferred.
