Madden Industrial Craftsmen, a premier staffing agency, is seeking a Sign Installation Coordinator to support our client, a sign and graphics company in Phoenix. This is a hybrid role for someone who enjoys hands-on work in the field and shop, while also handling coordination, scheduling, and client communication.

Rate of Pay $20 per hour
Schedule: Thursday–Monday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Days off: Tuesday and Wednesday
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee weekend sign placers (Friday–Sunday).
Deliver signs to placers’ homes and ensure timely weekend placements.
Perform physical sign installation tasks, including skid signs, metal signs, and boot legs.
Work in the shop assembling, painting, and stapling signs.
Handle office tasks such as scheduling, spreadsheets, and weekly reporting.
Maintain inventory of signs, tools, and materials.
Drive a company vehicle to project sites and deliveries.
Communicate with clients and staff in a professional, customer-focused manner.
Work Breakdown
50% Field Work – Delivering signs, coordinating placers, light installation.
25% Shop Work – Assembling, painting, and preparing signage.
25% Office/Admin – Scheduling, spreadsheets, reporting, and client communication.
Qualifications
Valid driver’s license and clean MVR.
Background check required (no UA).
Knowledge of sign installation methods (skid, metal, boot legs) strongly preferred.
Strong communication and coordination skills; bilingual a plus.
Comfortable with physical labor, including lifting 40+ lbs.
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Self-disciplined, reliable, and able to work independently.
