The Single Ply Superintendent will oversee roofing installation projects, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. This role involves supervising crews, coordinating with project managers, and maintaining strong client relationships to deliver projects on time and within budget.ResponsibilitiesProject Management: Oversee daily roofing installation activities, manage labor, materials, and schedules to ensure timely completion, and keep project documentation and schedules up-to-date.Team Supervision and Training: Supervise and mentor roofing crew members, ensuring adherence to company policies, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
