Our client is looking a JR SUPERINTENDENT to work for them through us for the time being. This job is temp to hire, and through us you get the option of DAILY PAY.
Job starts ASAP
PAY:
$27/HR+ DOE
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to;
Assist senior superintendents in coordinating and supervising all construction activities on-site, including subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
Learn and apply project management principles to ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and budgets.
Support the monitoring of project progress, identify potential issues or delays, and assist in implementing proactive solutions to keep projects on track.
Participate in site inspections, safety meetings, and quality control checks to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams, to facilitate alignment and collaboration.
Job Requirements:
Must have at least 5+ years experience
Must have reliable transportation
Must be able to work everyday
