Looking to hire on a swimming pool service Technician. Must have a reliable vehicle, valid driver license and a smart phone. 1 year experience in all 4 seasons of the year is required. This is a year around route in the east valley and will consist of a starting amount of 75 pools per week (15 pools per day M - F) and can go as high as 125 pools a week (25 pools per day M - F) if you can handle it. All these pools are dialed in with great customers and close proximity to one another. There's a couple days in Mesa, a day in Chandler, a day in Apache Junction, and one of the last days Gold Canyon. It would be most profitable if you were located in East Mesa. We're not excited about hiring an employee that lives outside the service route or has a long commute to begin the route.
You'll be required to keep a technician log, send pictures, text & emails, and be able to follow and execute instructions & procedures as required.
There's light lifting up to 75lbs, alot of foot walking, many instances when you'll have to bend knees and stretch out to access some types of equipment/pools. You'll be in and out of backyards and vehicles, and you'll be working around pools, equipment, customers & their pets, and many different types of outdoor landscapes.
The summers get hot and the winters get cold. You'll be required to start at sunrise Mon - Friday and be finished no later than 3pm.
There's not one opportunity here for lazy, unmotivated individuals , who take advantage and look to "play the game" or "take short cuts". This operation is designed to weed you out. You will not gain advantages here and will quickly realize there's not one moment or instant that you'll be able to run your game here.
Don't waste your time or mine.
Pay is weekly and on Monday. You'll be one work week behind on pay. E.g., you work Mon(1st) through Fri(5th) and get paid the next Mon(8th) for the last work week from Mon(1st) through Fri(5th). In order to get paid promptly without delay you will need to comply with your timecard and any requirements within that week's pay period.
Thanksgiving week and Christmas week are paid time off. You'll be expected & required to work the rest of the year. Time off can be given if your work can be covered by an eligible team member(s). At which point they will receive payment for the work they are taking from you and you will not receive payment for that work you give up off your route for the time off needed.
Zero tolerance for theft, lies, and poor attendance.
This is a 1099 job.
