We are seeking tile setters and subcontractors to provide their installation skills to our customers valley wide.
The ideal team would have the the following:
- 3+ years experience in working in occupied home settings
- developed customer service skills
- job site and project management skills
- driver license
- truck
- insurance
- power tools
- growth oriented
TILE SETTING PRACTICES & SKILLS:
- demonstrated knowledge of industry standard tile installation practices for: porcelain, ceramic, travertine marble
- job site / tools set up & cleanliness
- preparation of subfloors: concrete, wood
- grinding and leveling ability
- baseboard installation
- schluter trim installation
- waterproof membrane application
PAY:
- 1099 piecework (square footage)
- no cap
- background screening required
(Hourly and paid training for individuals with little to no experience, seeking to become knowledgeable in tile home service industry)
