We are seeking a skilled Upfitter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have some background in automotive repair or modifications. As an Upfitter, you will be responsible for modifying vehicles to meet customer specifications, ensuring that all installations are performed with precision and adherence to safety standards. Some training will be provided for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
Install and modify automotive electrical systems to enhance vehicle capabilities.
Interpret schematics and technical drawings to execute modifications accurately.
Fuel Systems (Transfer tanks) wired with electric pumps
Lighting: strobes, light bars, warning lights
Toolboxes
Ladder Racks
Van interiors
Towing 5th wheel hitches, goosenecks, and more.
Bedcovers, side bars, seat covers, headache rack.
Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle needs and modifications.
Collaborate with team members to align on project goals and timelines.
Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles post-upfit to ensure quality control.
