Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and versatile Handy Person to join our team. This full-time position is perfect for someone who enjoys building, tinkering, and organizing in a fast-paced startup environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the assembly of products, building displays, and maintaining our warehouse space, contributing directly to the success of our flagship product launch.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble and test products to ensure quality and functionality.
Build and maintain displays for marketing and promotional purposes.
Organize and manage the warehouse, ensuring tools and materials are accessible and in order.
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to product assembly and display.
Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance operational efficiency.
Perform general maintenance and repair tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a handy person or similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or startup environment.
Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
Proficient in welding.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks.
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
