Position Summary
Supports daily operations of the lighting distribution center by handling inventory, preparing orders, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse. This position is classified as safety-sensitive, meaning that the duties and responsibilities directly affect the safety of employees and/or the public. As such, this role may be subject to random, post-accident, and reasonable suspicion drug and alcohol testing in accordance with company policy and applicable laws.
Key Responsibilities
· Receive, verify, and stock incoming lighting products and materials.
· Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment or delivery.
· Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
· Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
· Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
· Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks.
· Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily goals.
Qualifications
· High school diploma or GED required.
· 1+ year of warehouse experience preferred; lighting or electrical supply experience is a plus.
· Familiarity with warehouse equipment and safety procedures.
· Basic computer skills and experience with inventory systems.
· Valid driver’s license may be required for some delivery tasks.
Preferred Skills
· Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain).
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
Work Environment
· Indoor warehouse setting with occasional outdoor work.
· Fast-paced, physically active role requiring frequent lifting and movement.
· Standard hours with occasional overtime or weekend shifts.
Physical Requirements
· Must be able to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds regularly.
· Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
· Frequent repetitive motions, including packing, sorting, and labeling.
· Must be able to operate warehouse equipment as needed

· Starting at approximately $16-18/hour, depending on experience.
