Warehouse Associate – The Synthetic Grass Store
Location: Avondale
Pay: $18.50–$19.23/hr + bonus potential
Status: Hourly, Non-Exempt, Overtime Eligible
About Us:
The Synthetic Grass Store provides high-quality artificial turf and landscaping products. We’re looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our team and help keep our warehouse running smoothly while delivering excellent customer service.
What You’ll Do:
Pull, cut, and load turf and other products accurately for customer orders.
Maintain inventory accuracy, assist with regular counts, and keep warehouse organized.
Operate forklifts safely and unload containers.
Follow all safety standards and maintain cleanliness inside and outside the warehouse.
Track cut logs, sample logs, and other warehouse records.
What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or GED; 2+ years warehouse experience preferred.
Forklift operation experience required.
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs, stand for long periods, and climb ladders.
Strong attention to detail, basic computer and math skills, and ability to multitask.
Previous experience in landscaping, construction, or artificial turf is a plus.
