We are a 24/7 restoration company looking for a compassionate, responsible, and mature person to help homeowners who have sustained water, mold, or fire damage to their home. Candidate must be a team player and put other's needs first.
We are looking for an experienced mitigation, preferably with IICRC Certification,
The key attributes we need on our team include:
Valid Driver's License
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
Clean and professional appearance,
An excellent driving record,
Must live within a 30min drive to Avondale,
Availability to work after hours / holidays when needed,
Reliable Transportaion
The emergency mitigation technician is responsible for jobs from start to finish which typically includes:
Water Extraction.
Carpet Cleaning
Performing demolitions and light construction tasks.
Setting up and monitoring drying equipment.
Setting up the van at the job site using the proper set-up procedures.
Cleaning up and debris removal of drywall, cabinetry, and flooring that may be damaged.
Setting up containment, decontaminating, setting up/monitoring remediation equipment
Providing updates to your direct supervisor daily.
Must maintain a safe work record and identify potentially unsafe working scenarios or conditions.
Good communication skills, mechanical and technical skills.
Driving company vehicle as needed.
Upon returning to branch, turn in all payments and paperwork to designated person.
Upholding all company safety policies.
Upholding all company policies and procedures.
Keeping the warehouse / Office and Vehicles clean at ALL Times
Other tasks as assigned
