Job Summary for MAINTENANCE FOREMAN:
Maintenance foreman are responsible for maintaining properties as dictated by job assignments and perform labor intensive work on a regular basis. They are proficient in performing all landscape maintenance tasks and must have the ability to meet company production rates and standards. Maintenance foreman must be able to drive the crew safely to and from the job sites. Must know how to use many landscaping hand tools and power equipment in order to complete their assigned tasks and are expected to do so in a safe manner. They must communicate effectively with the Project Managers regarding job assignments and the progress of the work.
Qualifying Requirements:
Extensive knowledge and experience in landscape maintenance.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Valid Arizona driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to safely operate landscaping tools and equipment.
Job Summary for IRRIGATION TECH:
Irrigation Techs are responsible for the maintenance and repairs of irrigation systems, from troubleshooting and installations. They are proficient in inspecting irrigation systems and identifying the root cause to make the necessary repairs in a timely manner. Irrigation Techs conduct and record detailed inspections and plan/execute upgrades of client systems. Must have good communication skills to effectively relay issues/comments with management and customers.
Qualifying Requirements:
Extensive knowledge and experience in irrigation systems.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Valid Arizona driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to safely operate irrigation materials and irrigation systems.
