Responsibilities:
Clean windows, glass surfaces, and frames for residential and commercial properties.
Use ladders, extension poles, and water-fed pole systems safely and efficiently.
Follow company safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
Communicate professionally with customers and provide excellent service.
Maintain and clean company-provided tools and equipment.
Arrive on time and complete jobs efficiently while upholding high-quality standards.
Qualifications:
Prior window cleaning experience is a plus, but not required (training provided).
Comfortable working at heights and using ladders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality service.
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day.
