Job Title: Project Specialist
Location: Chandler, Arizona
Job Type: Full Time/Hourly
Position Summary:
National Health Finance and Affiliate Companies fund and facilitate medical treatment for plaintiff personal injury clients so they can focus on their recovery. Through a network of over 4,000 medical providers, we provide access to highly credentialed physicians for personal injury patients.
Responsibilities:
⢠Accurate and detailed data base entry.
⢠Sending medical billing and records to attorneys on a regular basis.
⢠Reviewing medical billing and records.
⢠Preparing and sending documents that would follow process protocol in a timely manner.
⢠Ability to adapt to constant changes within projects and prioritize those that need immediate attention.
⢠Communication with fellow coworkers to coordinate the management of the projects.
Qualifications:
⢠Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
⢠Excellent computer skills, typing of 35 WPM, MS Office applications.
⢠Must possess organizational skills, the ability to multi-task and work on several projects at once.
⢠Medical or legal experience a plus, but not necessary.
⢠Must be able to adapt to change and have the ability to work on a project for long periods of time.
⢠Detail oriented and time management are key to success.
⢠Work well alone and also within a team environment.
Education:
⢠High School Diploma
