Job Description:
As a Business Management and Marketing Intern, you will have the unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both the operational and promotional aspects of our cannabis business. You will work closely with our experienced team to learn about product management, market research, digital marketing strategies, and the operational intricacies of the cannabis industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns.
- Perform market analysis and research on the latest trends.
- Assist with the planning and hosting of marketing events.
- Collaborate with team members to create social media content.
- Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
- Help with daily administrative tasks and operational functions.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas.

Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program related to Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong desire to learn along with professional drive.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with marketing computer software and social media platforms.
- Good understanding of the latest marketing trends and techniques.
- Must be 21 years or older (as per industry regulations).
- Passion for the cannabis industry is a plus.
