Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commission-Based Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts for a Managed IT Services Provider. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to drive business growth and increase brand awareness within the IT industry.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote our managed IT services and solutions.

2. Identify target markets and create targeted marketing campaigns to reach key decision-makers and potential clients.

3. Utilize a variety of marketing channels, including digital marketing, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and events, to generate leads and engage prospects.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the IT industry or related field.

2. Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques, including SEO, PPC, social media advertising, and email marketing.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.

SALARY:

The role is commission-based, offering $50-$100 per qualified hot lead that results in a face-to-face onsite meeting to discuss IT needs. If the lead signs a service contract with us, commissions range from $500-$2,000 w/ negotiable Weekly Allowance DOE and Performance.
