Your Role as a Digital Marketing Specialist
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and managing our marketing strategies. Your key responsibilities will include:
Creating and maintaining our marketing calendar
Managing and optimizing our social media marketing campaigns on various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
SEO strategy implementation and management, including keyword research and backlink building
Leading marketing initiatives such as homeshows and events
Coordinating ad campaigns and call tracking campaigns
Producing engaging graphic designs and videos for promotions and campaigns
Analyzing and reporting on Google Analytics 4 data, optimizing social media advertising campaigns, and enhancing brand awareness
Basic Graphic Design skills with Photoshop and Illustrator
Lead flow management
Zapier, API, and integrations
Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you should have:
A degree in marketing or a relevant field
Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing
An analytical mindset and excellent communication skills
Proficiency in using digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Adobe Creative Suite
A strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices
A growth mindset and goal-oriented attitude
