Health Point Cleaning Solutions (HPCS) is janitorial services company with a strong presence in all of Arizona and Minnesota. While the majority of our clients are Health Care Facilities, we have a strong reputation in janitorial services with many other industries
Responsibilities:
Uses professional communication etiquette and listening skills to connect with potential clients within the few 10 seconds of the call.
Communicates appropriately in both a scripted and non-scripted environment, with the ability to have an impromptu and authentic conversation.
Maintains professional composure when actively asking customers for the appointment.
Uses excellent follow up skills to stay in contact with potential clients via phone or email.
Maintains excellent history of leads of their disposition.
Develops their own leads list based on criteria established by HPCS
Requirements:
1+ years of Call Center or Telemarketing experience (Janitorial preferred)
An upbeat personality that is driven for success
Demonstrates a high level of integrity by doing the right thing every time
The ability to establish rapport and credibility with customers and peers while using a pleasant voice and maintaining composure
The ability to persuade and educate potential clients on the benefits of HPCS services.
Knowledge of computer and telephone systems
The ability to read and utilize optional scripting in a conversational manner
Be receptive to constant coaching and feedback
Must be results and goal-oriented with a minimum of 5 weekly verified appointments.
Ability to work independently from home.
