Job Overview We are a Luxury Real Estate Photography Company seeking a talented and experienced Real Estate Photo Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong eye for detail and high work ethic standards. As a Photo Editor, you will be responsible for enhancing and manipulating Real Estate images to meet the expectations of our clients. You will download raw image files via dropbox around 10pm local Arizona time and edit them in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop; then upload the final edited images back before 12:00pm noon Arizona Time. Our editing technique is rather advanced and complex working with layers, masks and brushing so you must be very efficient and experienced editing this particular type of photography.
Duties
Download Raw Images at 10:00pm Arizona time.
Utilize software such as Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop for effective photo management and editing.
Perform photo manipulation tasks that will be clearly specified upon hiring.
Follow instructions very carefully to meet our standards of quality
Upload all finalized images in jpg format before 12:00pm Arizona Time.
Maintain consistency in style across all images while adhering to strict deadlines.
Requirements
A fast internet connection of no less than 300 Mbps ( speed test will be required )
A fast modern computer capable of handling heavy raw images in Lightroom and Photoshop. ( we will ask for tech specs )
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
A dedicated 2TB SSD for storing files.
Experience editing “flambient” photography ( 5 bracketed HDR + 1 Flash )
Experience with dropbox file management
Strong understanding of color correction, composition, and lighting techniques.
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
Strong communication skills
The ability to understand what needs to be done without being told.
A portfolio showcasing previous work in photo editing and manipulation is required.
A test project will be provided and the results must be submitted along with your application.
Attention to details is essential and will be tested from the start.
