We are seeking an Anodizer Supervisor for our client, a leading aerospace and metal finishing facility recognized for its precision anodizing and plating services. The Anodizer Supervisor oversees department personnel, ensures adherence to safety and quality standards, manages production schedules, and drives process improvement initiatives to support company objectives.
Pay Rate: $40,000–$65,000/Year DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1st Shift – 6:00 AM–2:00 PM
This is a temp-to-hire position
Duties:
Supervise and coordinate activities of anodizing staff (rack, mask, operators, helpers).
Review production schedules and job orders to ensure deadlines are met.
Enforce safety and sanitation regulations.
Train and motivate employees to achieve performance and quality goals.
Inspect materials, equipment, and processes for quality compliance.
Recommend improvements for production efficiency.
Maintain accurate production data and reports.
Collaborate with management and other departments for workflow optimization.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in metal finishing or aerospace production.
Strong technical knowledge of anodizing processes.
Understanding of blueprint reading and process specifications.
Leadership and communication skills with ability to manage multiple projects.
Must pass background check and drug screen.
