Join Our Team as a Production Planner-Master Scheduler
Are you a planning pro with a knack for coordinating complex production processes? We're looking for a Production Planner Master Scheduler to join our dynamic team, offering competitive pay. In this role, you'll be the mastermind behind our production schedules, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish. You'll work closely with engineering plans and production specs to create efficient schedules, manage labor loading, and align capacity requirements. Your coordination will be key in ensuring materials are available right when they're needed, helping us keep our promises to customers.
But that's not all-you'll also collaborate with marketing, sales, production, and engineering teams, providing crucial input to management. When design changes, labor, or material shortages arise, you'll be the one who finds solutions, keeps things on track, and ensures that our master schedules are rock solid.
Production Planner and Master Scheduler Duties and Responsibilities:
Planner: Plans, schedules, coordinates and/or monitors final approval of products through the complete production cycle.
Works from engineering plans and production specifications to establish production schedules, labor loading, and capacity requirements.
Coordinates production plans to ensure materials are provided according to schedules.
Master Scheduler: Provides input to management; schedules and/or interfaces with marketing, sales, production, and engineering managers. Works to resolve (in case of design changes) labor and material shortages, backlogs, and other potential schedule interruptions. Oversees the master schedules and ensures comprehensive compliance with materials requirements for manufacturing.

Pay Rate: $31.00 p/hr.
Duration: Contract
Shift hours: 6 am-2:30 pm
Location: Phoenix, AZ (Remote/ On-Site: on-site flex/ hybrid schedule with in-office days Tues-Thurs)
