Madden Industrial Craftsmen is hiring an Assembler for a manufacturing client located in Phoenix, Arizona. The client specializes in producing custom heat exchanger coils, fluid coolers, and remote air-cooled condensers for OEM and replacement markets. We are seeking motivated individuals to join their team and contribute to the assembly process for high-quality products.
Shifts Available: 1st Shift
Pay Rate: $18/hour

Assembler Responsibilities:
Assemble products or components following work instructions and safety protocols.
Perform tasks such as sorting, packaging, labeling, trimming, or pasting manually or with machinery.
Conduct basic equipment adjustments, routine maintenance, and cleaning.
Assembler Requirements:
Experience working at a workbench or conveyor line.
Ability to perform repetitive assembly operations efficiently.
Preferred: At least 1 year of assembly experience.
Must be able to pass a tape measure test.
Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
