Madden Industrial Craftsmen is looking to fill Brake Press Operator with a Manufacturing company located in Phoenix, AZ. This is a Temp-to-Hire Opportunity.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5:00AM-2:30PM;10AM-6:00PM
Rate of pay $19-$23/hour DOE
Must pass a background check and drug screen.
Must be able to read a tape measure.

Responsibilities:
Set-up and operate CNC press brakes (Amada, Toyokoki, Di-Acro) with varying complexity and precision.
Conduct first article and intermittent inspections of parts to prints.
Assist with tooling development and implementation.
Provide training for less experienced machine operators.
Cross-train in other manufacturing departments as needed.
Follow all safety guidelines, including wearing appropriate PPE (safety toe boots, safety glasses) at all times.
Qualifications:
1+ year of press brake operation experience, set-up experience preferred.
Excellent blueprint reading skills.
Knowledgeable about GD&T.
Experience with standard inspection equipment (calipers, height gage, etc.).
Experience forming metals such as stainless steel, mild/spring steels, and aluminum.
Reliable and punctual with critical attendance.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and transition smoothly from job to job.
Professional demeanor and respectful attitude towards colleagues in all situations.
Flexible and willing to assist others to meet production demands.
