Madden Industrial Craftsmen is looking to fill Brazer positions with a Manufacturing company located in Phoenix, AZ. This is a Temp-to-Hire Opportunity
Pay Rate: $18-$21 per hour DOE
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5:00AM-2:30PM
Must pass a background check and drug screen.
Must be able to read a tape measure.
Must reply with resume.
Responsibilities:
Perform brazing operations to join metal components.
Interpret and follow blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
Assemble components with specialized metals, ensuring high quality and precision.
Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Conduct quality checks to ensure brazing meets industry standards.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Brazer in a manufacturing or metalworking environment.
Must pass a brazer test.
Proficient in brazing techniques and processes.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent problem-solving skills and proactive approach to challenges.
Strong communication skills and precise instruction-following ability.
