Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and organized Loading Supervisor to oversee the loading of trucks with cabinets and miscellaneous items for delivery. The ideal candidate will follow our specific check system to ensure accuracy and efficiency. This role requires physical strength, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities:
Supervise the loading of trucks with cabinets and miscellaneous items for delivery.
Ensure all items are loaded following our specific check system.
Coordinate with the delivery team to manage and adapt to a shifting delivery schedule.
Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Handle multiple tasks simultaneously and efficiently.
Qualifications:
High school diploma required; some college preferred.
Proficiency in Excel and basic computer skills.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing schedules.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Bilingual candidates are preferred.
Availability to work 40 hours a week and be open to overtime.
