A fast growing and very busy premium cabinet manufacturer in north Phoenix is looking to hire several cabinet installers and finishers. Must have can-do attitude and willingness to work.

INSTALLERS
Must have at lease 5 years previous experience
No subcontractors !
Must be able to read, understand and work from shop prints
Must know how to use carpentry tools and machinery
Must have valid AZ driver's license with good record
Must be able to lift heavy items daily and stand for many hours
Must have a respectable and professional appearance
Maintain our company's highest customer service reputation
Able to do minor touch ups
Strong organizational skills
Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
FINISHERS
Must have at least 2 years experience
Must be knowledgable in all facets of prep, stain, paint, clear coat and touch-up
Communicate effectively, both orally and written
Must be able to do quality work in the shop and in the field
ALL CANDIDATES MUST HAVE:
Must be willing to work overtime when / if needed.

A strong belief in the mission and goals of the company
Ability to work well with others in a team environment
Able to work in manufacturing environment - you will be exposed to solvent, glue, dust and noise
