CNC shop in Gilbert seeks CNC mill / lathe machinist(s). THIS IS NOT A TRAINIEE POSITION. There are important details about this opportunity at the bottom of the posting.
Must be capable of making set-ups. This includes slight modification of tools, setting work and tool offsets, troubleshooting, some light programming & editing. We would prefer a very minimum of 5 years of current or very recent hands on CNC experience. We make small, intricate parts that are always held to +-.001 as general rule. However, we practice +-.0005 as most parts have multiple operations that require minimum tolerance stacking. If you are up for the challenge of making tight tolerance parts then this is a great opportunity.
We use Kitamura, Brother and Haas machines.
We have 25 CNCs and multiple openings in each department.
We work 4-10 days with Fridays off.
Pay will be based on experience.
Raises come as you prove your ability to attend work regularly and perform quality work in a timely fashion.
