- Millwork installation experience
- Commercial job site experience
- Reliable transportation with valid Driver's License
- Good communication skills
- Provide own tools and equipment – we provide tooling and sharpening as needed
- Ability to read and interpret millwork from shop drawings
- Familiar with typical millwork manufacturing process
- Measuring, scribing, cutting, drilling, caulking experience
- Pride in workmanship with positive attitude and willingness to be flexible
- Ability to work effectively independently or within a team environment
- Keep a clean and organized workspace onsite
