Key responsibilities:
Production: reading drawings and cutting glass to match drawings – working with small pieces by hand - Assembly: cleaning glass - temporary glue & final glue work - loading kiln – masking pieces – Inventory Managements: maintain inventory - inspect – track and organize glass pieces in shop - Packaging: inspect - clean - wrap for shipping - Requirements: attention to detail & precision - ability to follow instructions closely - interest in hands-on work and production processes.
