Your Role:
- Set up and operate manual and CNC machines
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Measure and inspect parts to ensure precision and accuracy
- Troubleshoot and maintain equipment as needed
- Work efficiently while maintaining high safety and quality standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience operating lathes, mills, and CNC machines
- Strong understanding of machining techniques and tools
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Dependability and strong work ethic
