As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play a crucial role in our daily operations, from constructing boxes to packing customer orders + more in a fun, fast paced, friendly warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Box Making: Your primary task involves efficiently forming/taping boxes to meet our daily production targets, ensuring a seamless workflow.
- Order Picking and Packing: With precision and attention to detail, you'll be selecting items from inventory and pack them into designated boxes for shipment, ensuring orders are fulfilled correctly.
- Following Directions: Adherence to supervisor instructions is essential for maintaining quality standards and achieving productivity goals. Positive attitude and ability to work as a team are mandatory.
- End of Day Tasks: At the close of each day, you'll be responsible for light sweeping and cleaning of your work area, promoting cleanliness and organization.
- Adherence to Policies: Upholding company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and quality standards, is imperative.

Working Hours: The position requires availability from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM. Must be reliable and able to attend work every day. Reliable transportation required.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred, though not required.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy are paramount.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift/move heavy objects as needed.
