Largest industrial owner operated paint and powder coat company looking for motivated, experienced Industrial Maintenance Mechanic who will maintain manufacturing equipment and facilities. Must be able to work alone or as a lead with support from others.
The successful candidate will diagnose, maintain, repair, and fabricate:
- Gas and electric oven systems
- Paint and powder coating booths
- Sandblasting cabinets and equipment
- Pumps, high volume air compressors
- Water solenoids, hydraulic systems
- PVC, galvanized, stainless, and copper plumbing
- Conveyor systems
- Lighting systems
- 480 and low voltage motor controls
- PLC Systems
- Office and Residential HVAC units
Lead duties include:
- Continuously improve processes and equipment, lead problem solving
- Source, order, and maintain an inventory of repair parts
- Estimate and control costs of repairs
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance activities
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years of broad based experience in industrial maintenance
- 5+ years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance
- Welding experience preferred
- Bilingual English and Spanish speaking preferred
