Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Inventory Control Coordinator to manage inventory levels, process orders, and verify deliveries using the company’s ERP system. The role involves data entry, inventory audits, and generating reports on key metrics. Coordination with departments like engineering, purchasing, and sales is essential. A high school diploma is required, and prior experience in inventory control or warehouse management is preferred. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with inventory software are key.

Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain current inventory levels, track orders, and ensure that inventory is stocked and organized using company ERP system.
Order Processing: Process purchase orders, receive shipments, and verify the accuracy of deliveries.
Data Entry: Record inventory data in the company’s inventory management system, including stock levels, item locations, and transaction histories.
Auditing: Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
Reporting: Generate inventory reports for management, highlighting key metrics such as stock levels, turnover rates, and order fulfillment rates.
Coordination: Work with other departments, such as purchasing and sales, to coordinate inventory needs and resolve any issues.
Qualifications:
Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required; some positions may prefer a degree in business, logistics, or a related field.
Experience: Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse management, or a related field is often preferred.
Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, proficiency with inventory management software, and good communication skills.

Forklift Certification: Preferred.
