CNC Lathe Set Up machinist willing to work in a fast pace CNC machine shop.

Machine shop/ Metal Fab shop with 30+ CNC Machines
Available first shift positions
1st shift hours 7:00 am - 3:30 pm Monday-Friday
Qualifications: .
Positions are available for a machinist that can setup lathes to produce first article parts for QA acceptance than hand off for production
Types of experience for setup machinist are:
3+ years’ experience on CNC Lathe
Use of measuring tools, Calipers, Mics, Bore Gages, Etc.
Experience working with blue prints and following traveler/router instructions
Experience with multi-axis lathes (Y-Axis, live tooling)
Preferred experienced in job shop environment
Ability to set-up and debug jobs within the g-code program
Must be an organized self-starter
Mastercam programming a plus
Machines include: Okuma, Mori Seiki, Hitachi Seiki, Daewoo
Must have reliable transportation
