We are a growing brand specializing in high-quality button-down shirts. While we currently partner with a small factory in California, we're expanding and looking for skilled seamstresses in the Phoenix area, where we're based.
We’re seeking 1-2 experienced seamstresses to help us on a more flexible, work-from-home basis, and slowly expand from there.
We will handle the cutting and finishing of the garments. You'll only be responsible for sewing.
What we offer:

- We handle the prep. We’ll take care of cutting and finishing. You’ll just focus on the sewing. We'll drop off the cut pieces, wherever is convenient, and pick up the sewn shirts when finished.
Requirements:
- Must have production sewing experience, and extensive experience sewing woven shirts with single needle machines. This is very important.
- Because it's work from home - you must have an industrial single needle machine at home or at your place of work. If you have additional industrial machines that's a huge plus (serger, button hole, etc.).
We're flexible in terms of volume and cadence. We'd like to receive anywhere from 20-50 shirts a month, depending on what you're comfortable with, and how much you want to work (if you want more, great). Those could be delivered once a month, every other week, or every week - again we're flexible. The goal is that we find a volume that works for you, and can be consistent and reliable.
Depending on your experience and skills, and the amount of shirts you can make, the hourly can be negotiated. For the right experienced sewer, you should be able to earn $18-$20+ / hr. We'll work with you to make sure that's the case.
