Repair and maintenance of equipment, shop and building. Maintain all PM programs. Compliance with OSHA requirements and other safety regulations.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Repair and maintain equipment.
o Maintain preventative maintenance programs on all equipment.
o Maintain and update logs on all equipment.
o Oversee basic building and shop maintenance.
o Communicate effectively, professionally and courteously with others in and outside the work
group to solve problems and coordinate repairs in a timely manner to minimize machine
downtime.
o Team player that works with others to solve problems and helps others when assistance is
needed.
o Process paperwork for parts and supplies.
o Locate needed parts and equipment information from manuals, supplies, and manufacturers, in a
timely manner.
o Sit on the Safety Committee.
o Comply with all Company policies such as attendance, safety rules, policies, etc.
o Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean, orderly condition and follow all safety
procedures.
o Establish a preventative maintenance schedule on all machinery and equipment and maintain
records of maintenance actions.
o Keep work areas clean and free of hazards.
o Active involvement in promoting and maintaining a safe work environment, to include keeping the
work are clean and free of hazards.
o Any other duties as assigned.
