ACARA Solutions and our client located in North Phoenix (N. Tatum & the Loop 101) has both 1st & 2nd shifts available for Cleanroom Production Tech's.
Pay is $15.00 per hour 1st Shift with 15% shift differential for 2nd shift.
Individuals to work in a full Bunny Suit in the Clean Room, PLEASE only apply if you are able to wear a bunny suit and stand for 12+ hours a day. Non-cleanroom available as well.
Candidates should be able to stand for longer periods of time. For superstar candidates, these position could go full-time direct
7am- 7pm
A1: Sun, Mon, Tuesday, Every other Wednesday
Z1: Thursday, Friday Saturday, Every other Wednesday
7pm-7am
A2: Sun, Mon, Tues, Every other Saturday
Z2: Wed, Thurs, Friday, Every other Saturday
All individuals hired must pass a drug and background check
Sets up, operates (in manual and automatic) and performs cleandowns and/or production inspections on at least one type of equipment with a wide range of physical and electrical parameters. Makes routine adjustments and inspections specified by engineering instructions. Amount of machines per Production Technician as assigned by supervisor. May work somewhat independently with direct assistance from trainer or supervisor.
Operates equipment following a wide range of process and equipment specifications to produce silicon ingots or wafers with varied range of physical and electrical parameters.
Interprets equipment operational status prior to run. Closely monitors and makes adjustments to parameters as necessary to maintain the defined specifications. On non-automated machines, it is necessary to use extensive skills.
Performs cleandown of machines. This may involve dismantling and removal of parts. Reassembles parts and is also responsible for measuring wear with precision instruments or by visual inspection.
Maintains effective housekeeping and cleanliness throughout all assigned work areas and stations.
Must complete all company certification and on the job training programs as required and approved by operations management.
