We have teamed up with a global leader who specializes in the dental instrument manufacturing industry. With their expansion within the last few years, we are looking for an experienced Mold Technician that is looking for a dynamic company to grow with.
Schedule: 2nd shift Monday- Friday 2:00pm-10:30pm
Pay Rate: $22/hr + D.O.E.

Duties:
Must record production numbers, upkeep all logs daily in the molding area
Enter data into computer, process WO’s daily through the system once completed
Examine molded products from each machine to verify conformance
Ensure that daily tasks are completed by Molding Operator
Provide back up support during employee break times
Remove nasal hood from mold
Respond to alarms for the molding machine and robot end of arm tooling
Complete molds change out and mold set up from start to finish
Send molds out as needed
Communicate to appropriate leaders, engineering as needed regarding mold, press or area issues
Request work orders for presses
Mix material to exact specifications
Ability to start-up and shut down presses
Keep presses running, daily check off sheet for parameters
Adhere to company GMP policies
Follow QA mandated WI and SOP for molding and packaging departments
Must be able to perform department start-up and shut down procedures
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Good verbal communication skills, follow safety and housekeeping standards
Previous experience direct hands-on press molding experience
3+ years of manufacturing experience
Molding experience
Set up experience
Some quality control experience preferred
