We are seeking qualified capable team members for QA /Tech Support and Production Tech positions. We will provide necessary training need as well as teach new skills.
Position: QA - Tech Support Specialist - $20/hr
and
Position: Electronic Production Assembly Tech - $18/hr
Standard shift: Monday - Thursday or Tues - Friday shifts are available. Standard hours : 730am - 5pm. 4-day work weeks and NO WEEKENDs or 2nd / 3rd shift.

Duties to include, but not limited to:
Electronic Production Assembly Tech
Assist in the production of LED light therapy systems as follows:
Mechanical assembly
Electronics assembly
Cable assembly
Soldering (basic)
Assist incoming and outbound shipping
General warehouse work

QA - Tech Support Specialist
Quality control and testing
Final Validation
Handle Documentation
Primary POC for QA aspects
Final Packaging & verification
Assist in development of new systems/procedures as well manage existing QA system.
Provide Tech Support to existing customers
Process and document Tech Support Tickets
Assist incoming and outbound shipping
General warehouse work
and more
Other key components:
Ability to operate variety of hand tools
Work with Soldering iron and other production tools
Review travelers/WO for completion
Must be able to read and write English

Working Condition:
The majority of the work time is spent working in the office and/or warehouse environment
Walk and be on your feet at least 6 hours per day

Lift up to 40 lbs on an occasional basis, 20 lbs on a regular basis.
Work at a fast, steady pace.
