Our client specializes in custom plastic and metal machining for the aerospace, defense, and high-tech industries — producing high-quality, precision parts with expert craftsmanship.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 1st Shift (with occasional overtime)
Temp-to-Hire Opportunities
Open Positions:
Deburr / Hand-Finish Technician – $18–$22/hr
Perform deburring, polishing, and hand-finishing on machined parts
Use hand tools to remove sharp edges and achieve smooth surface finishes
Ideal for detail-oriented individuals with pride in craftsmanship
CNC Lathe Machinist – $24–$30/hr
Set up and operate CNC lathes to produce precision components
Read blueprints and perform inspections using micrometers and calipers
Experience with Fanuc or similar controls preferred
CNC Mill Machinist – $25–$32/hr
Operate 3- and 4-axis CNC mills to manufacture precision parts
Perform setups, tool changes, and in-process inspections
Requires 2+ years of CNC machining experience
Machine Operator (CNC) – $19–$23/hr
Load/unload machines and monitor operations
Perform basic inspections and assist machinists with setups

CNC Programmer / Estimator – $32–$40/hr
Create CNC programs (milling & turning) using Mastercam or similar software
Estimate time, tooling, and material costs for new projects
Must have solid understanding of machining and programming processes
