Paint Position
ITB is currently seeking Experienced Paint / Body Prep Technician to sandblast, sand, prep, load parts racks for paint, perform body work as needed. Color match, blend and topcoat experience needed.
Entry level positions available Willing to train for the right candidate
Work Schedule Will be: Monday – Friday 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM with Limited Overtime and Saturday when work back log requires.

Duties, Responsibilities and Qualifications
Read and understand drawing, shop work orders.
Must receive specific directions and provide good communication.
Perform body work to ITB standards.
Assist in prep work when necessary.
Inspect areas to be painted for repair, and or buffing out defects.
Apply paint in prescribed manner and per manufacturer guidelines.
Maintain tools and keep equipment clean.
Maintain a clean and safe work area, Wear PPE and utilized safety equipment.
Maintaining a positive attitude is a must.
Demonstrate a dependable and punctual attendance record.
