We are a large format printing company seeking an organized, experienced print operator. This position is essential to the efficient day to day operations as well as the overall growth and success of the company. This is a fast-paced dynamic work environment that changes daily to meet our customer’s needs.
Responsibilities:
- Operation and maintenance of large format printing equipment, plotters and laminators
- Printing jobs within deadlines across multiple printers on a variety of substrates
- Preparing vinyl graphics and signage for pickup or shipping
- Working with production staff as needed to fully complete all jobs within deadlines
- Ensuring shop and production areas are kept clean and organized at all times to maximize efficiency and minimize potential hazards
Qualifications:
- Team player
- Motivated self-starter
- Experienced with managing staff
- Ability to lift/ carry 50+ lbs.
- Accountable for his/her self, responsibilities and department
- Must be able deal with stress and pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Decision making abilities based on the evaluation of each unique situation
- Knowledge of the industry
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
