Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Glendale, AZ. In this role, you’ll interact directly with customers at the front counter, via phone, email, and fax. You will help identify the services and products that best suit customer needs while ensuring accuracy, satisfaction, and profitability.

Primary Responsibilities

Greet customers in a professional and courteous manner.

Answer incoming calls and direct them based on the nature of the inquiry.

Process customer orders promptly, both in-person and via phone/email.

Provide quotes using our computerized pricing/estimating program.

Assist with order status updates, quote requests, and artwork communications.

Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach.

Support sales and marketing activities as needed.

Facilitate orders through production to ensure timely completion.

Additional Responsibilities

Assist with will-call pickups, process payments, and help load products into vehicles.

Educate customers on available services and options based on their needs.

Follow up on quotes, artwork approvals, outstanding payments, and order pickups.

Maintain a clean, organized front lobby and workspace.

File work orders and samples; reject incorrect or poor-quality jobs.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office; estimating software experience is a plus).

Prior experience in printing, customer service, or related fields is a plus.

Familiarity with graphic design principles and software (e.g., Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), is a bonus.

Must be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
