We’re looking for a hands-on Production Manager to lead daily production operations in our fast-paced, high-volume wholesale sign manufacturing facility. You’ll manage workflow, drive quality, and lead a team inside our spacious, climate-controlled 56,000 sq. ft. facility.
Key Duties:
Manage production schedules & staff to meet deadlines
Ensure timely, high-quality order fulfillment
Improve efficiency & maintain safety standards
Qualifications:
2+ years in production management
Strong leadership, problem-solving & organizational skills
