Sheet Metal Fabricator
Fabricator with the ability to program and operate an Amada Laser, programming with Master Cam software, Omax Water Jet using the onboard Omax software and produce fabricated parts using Amada press breaks to bend parts to specified tolerances.
Responsibilities include:
Set up and operation of Amada CNC press breaks
Program and operate Amada Laser using Master Cam software
Load and unload laser and water jet with forklift
Program and operate Omax water jet
Maintaining all fabrication equipment
Monitoring consumable levels and re-ordering as needed
Working with shop helpers to assist with production runs
Organizing work flow through fabrication department
Checking and verifying materials availability and certification
Job Requirements:
Experience setting up Amada CNC break press
Experience with laser machines
Experience with water jet machines
Experience using Master Cam programming software
Proficient use of forklift
Understanding of GD&T
Use of basic shop measuring tools
Good communication skills
Hours:
Monday – Friday 7AM – 3:30PM
Weekends as needed
