Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Shop Helper to join our team. This hands-on position involves a variety of tasks to support shop operations and maintain an efficient, clean, and safe work environment. Ideal candidates will have experience in manufacturing or fabrication environments, but we are willing to train the right person.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Operating CNC machines under supervision
Performing basic welding tasks
Assisting with powder coating and sandblasting
General shop maintenance and cleaning
Preparing parts and materials for production
Supporting other shop staff as needed
Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
Basic mechanical aptitude
Willingness to learn and take direction
Punctual, dependable, and safety-conscious
Prior experience in any of the listed tasks is a plus, but not required
