Their facilities include a complete five bay service department, 3000 sq. ft. parts warehouse, and office complex on two acres! Duties:
Interface with customers via phone and in person.
Marketing to customer base for additional work.
Provide customers with quotes for shop work.
Coordinate with management on orderings parts for shop jobs.
Invoicing shop jobs.
Provide daily assignment of work to mechanics.
Control of work orders, making sure mechanic hours each day are recorded on work orders.
Will provide shop scheduling - work hours, vacation and other time off. Additional training and coaching.
Review shop payroll reports bi-weekly for accuracy
High School Diploma/GED
A minimum of 3 years Shop Manager/Supervisor experience in related field a must.
